Concept
CRM writeback
CRM writeback is the automatic creation or update of CRM records — such as a HubSpot contact or a Salesforce lead — with structured data captured elsewhere, so the CRM reflects the latest buyer context without manual data entry.
What Replede writes back
Replede writes a complete buyer profile to the configured CRM destination: business email, company domain, problem statement, role, budget range, timeline, and intent — plus the provenance of every field.
Provenance, not guesswork
Each written field is labeled by source: captured from the visitor, inferred by a model, enriched from a provider, or an existing CRM value. Reps and RevOps can trust the record because they can see where each value came from.
Safe and idempotent
Writeback should never create duplicate or conflicting records. Replede de-duplicates by business email and company domain and updates the existing record when one already exists, so repeated submissions converge on a single clean profile.
